3 Supply Chain Manager (w/m/d) Ihre Tätigkeiten * Unterstützung bei Implementierung, Testing, Hypercare und Go-live des ERP-Systems Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central mit Fokus auf Supply-Chain-Prozesse, Stammdaten, MRP/Dispositionslogiken sowie systemgestützte End-to-End-Prozesse. * Operative Verantwortung für Planung, Beschaffung, Auftragsabwicklung und Verfügbarkeitssteuerung entlang der gesamten Lieferkette vom Hersteller bis zum Distributionspartner bzw. Kund_innen unter Berücksichtigung von Forecasts, Wiederbeschaffungszeiten, Mindesthaltbarkeiten, regulatorischen Anforderungen und Versorgungssicherheit. * Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern, CMO/CDMO, Verpackungs- und Logistikdienstleistern sowie GDP-konformen Distributionspartnern, 3PLs und Kund_innen. * Fachliche Verantwortung für MRP, Stammdatenmanagement und ERP-Datenqualität einschließlich Definition und Optimierung von Dispositionsparametern, Sicherheitsbeständen, Wiederbeschaffungszeiten und Planungslogiken. * Aufbau, Einführung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines strukturierten S&OP-Prozesses zur Synchronisierung von Nachfrage, Supply, Lagerbeständen und Business-Prioritäten. * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Lager, Quality Assurance, Qualified Person, Finance und Regulatory Affairs zur Sicherstellung robuster, auditfähiger Prozesse sowie Unterstützung bei Abweichungen, Reklamationen, Lieferproblemen und qualitätsrelevanten Fragestellungen. * Überwachung externer Lager- und Distributionsbestände, Steuerung von Warenbewegungen sowie Sicherstellung von Rückverfolgbarkeit, Bestandsgenauigkeit und ordnungsgemäßer Dokumentation. * Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten zur Standardisierung, Skalierung und kontinuierlichen Optimierung der pharmazeutischen Supply-Chain-Organisation.

Ihr Profil * Abgeschlossenes Studium in Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management, idealerweise in der Pharma-, Biotech- oder Healthcare-Industrie. * Fundierte Kenntnisse von End-to-End-Supply-Chain-Prozessen (Bedarfsplanung, Beschaffung, Auftragsabwicklung, Bestandsmanagement und Distribution) sowie praktische Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. * Erfahrung mit MRP, Stammdatenmanagement, S&OP-Prozessen und systemgestützter Prozessabbildung. * Gute Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen im pharmazeutischen Umfeld (GDP/GMP sowie GxP hinsichtlich Dokumentation, Rückverfolgbarkeit und Datenintegrität). * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern, Lohnherstellern, Logistik- und Distributionspartnern sowie weiteren externen Dienstleistern. * Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise, hohe Kommunikations- und Schnittstellenkompetenz sowie Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
