Als Supply Chain Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie tussen logistieke operaties en transportactiviteiten. Je draagt bij aan een efficiënte goederenstroom en ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking van de supply chain.

Je staat onder andere in voor volgende taken:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van logistieke en transportactiviteiten.
  • Bewaken van een vlotte en efficiënte goederenstroom.
  • Opvolgen van leveringen en voorraadnauwkeurigheid.
  • Verwerken en controleren van logistieke en transportgerelateerde documentatie.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met transportpartners en interne stakeholders.
  • Ondersteunen van de planning en dagelijkse operationele processen.
  • Detecteren en opvolgen van afwijkingen, knelpunten en verbeteropportuniteiten.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige informatiestroom tussen betrokken partijen.
  • Meewerken aan procesoptimalisaties en digitale verbetertrajecten.
  • Nauw samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om een efficiënte werking te garanderen.
  • Bacheloropleiding in Supply Chain, Logistiek, Bedrijfskunde of een gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Eerste relevante werkervaring binnen logistiek, supply chain of transport
  • Kennis van ERP-, WMS- of andere logistieke systemen is een pluspunt
  • Goede kennis van MS Office, met een sterke focus op Excel
  • Analytisch inzicht en een kritische ingesteldheid
  • Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel in een dynamische werkomgeving
  • Interesse in systemen, data en procesoptimalisatie
  • Vloeiende communicatie in het Nederlands, goede kennis van het Engels - bijkomende talen zijn een troef
