Ben jij sterk in planning, organisatie en logistieke processen en houd je graag het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving? Als Supply Chain Planner zorg je voor een vlotte goederenstroom en een efficiënte logistieke administratie. Je coördineert leveranciersleveringen, stemt nauw af met aankoop, bewaakt bestellingen en voorraadgegevens en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen de logistieke werking.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je coördineert samen met je collega’s de dagelijkse logistieke planning en administratie en zorgt ervoor dat goederenstromen efficiënt en correct verlopen.
  • Je stelt de leveranciersplanning op, plant inkomende leveringen en bewaakt de gemaakte afspraken en deadlines.
  • Je onderhoudt rechtstreeks contact met leveranciers en werkt nauw samen met aankoop, magazijn en andere interne afdelingen om leveringen optimaal af te stemmen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen tijdig en correct worden geboekt en volgt afwijkingen, vertragingen en administratieve knelpunten proactief op.
  • Je registreert en behandelt logistieke klachten en ondersteunt bij voorraadbeheer, stockopvolging en het bewaken van correcte logistieke gegevens.
  • Je fungeert als back-up voor de logistieke mailbox en denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen, efficiëntie en verdere professionalisering van de logistieke werking.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Logistiek, Supply Chain Management of een vergelijkbare opleiding, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen logistiek en bent vertrouwd met planning, goederenstromen, voorraadbeheer en logistieke administratie.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, houdt gemakkelijk verschillende prioriteiten tegelijk onder controle en werkt nauwkeurig volgens deadlines.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met leveranciers en interne stakeholders en durft initiatief te nemen wanneer bijsturing nodig is.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office, in het bijzonder Excel; ervaring met ERP- of logistieke systemen is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent ondernemend, oplossingsgericht en analytisch en hebt interesse om actief mee te werken aan optimalisatie van logistieke en supplychainprocessen.
