Heb je al een eerste ervaring in logistieke planning én het coördineren van transporten?

Voor een familiebedrijf in derde generatie dat gespecialiseerd is in de productie van specifiek meubilair, zoeken we een supply chain planner met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en organisatietalent.

De onderneming is gevestigd in de regio Roeselare en telt meer dan 100 medewerkers. Ze ontwikkelen en produceren comfortabele, elegante en duurzame meubelen. Hun aanbod varieert, maar allemaal hebben ze 1 ding gemeen: eigen ontwerpen met oog voor ergonomie en design.

Voor de functie van Supply Chain planner rapporteer je aan de supply chain manager en werkt zelfstandig, zonder team rond je. Vanuit de centrale productieomgeving worden transporten gepland naar een vast aantal regionale kantoren verspreid over het land en naar het buitenland.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij bent het brein achter een efficiënte transportplanning richting klanten in binnen- en buitenland.
  • Jij regelt de juiste chauffeur, het perfecte tijdslot en de correcte documenten.
  • Enkel jij bent verantwoordelijk over de planning van de volledige Benelux.
  • Voor de exportdocumenten kan je terugvallen op je dichte collega.
  • Communicatie omtrent de planning communiceer je aan jouw drie collega's op de werkvloer.
  • Je schakelt razendsnel wanneer er last-minute wijzigingen.
  • Rapporteren aan de supply chain manager.
  • Je hebt minstens een bacheloropleiding achter de rug, bij voorkeur in een logistieke of economische richting.
  • Een eerste ervaring in logistieke planning en transportcoördinatie is vereist.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels om te kunnen schakelen met klanten, chauffeurs en collega's.
