Zorg jij dat productie en vraag perfect op elkaar aansluiten? In deze rol houd je de supply chain in beweging en voorkom je stilstand. Je krijgt de ruimte om te sturen, verbeteren en echt impact te maken binnen een chemische omgeving. Wat ga je doen? Als Supply Chain Planner werk je voor onze opdrachtgever in de chemische sector in Geleen en zorg je voor een strakke afstemming tussen vraag en productie. Je stelt planningen op voor grondstoffen en productie en bewaakt continu de voortgang. Hierbij houd je rekening met capaciteit, levertijden en veiligheidsvoorschriften. Je schakelt dagelijks met interne afdelingen zoals productie, inkoop en logistiek. Door helder te communiceren en vooruit te plannen, voorkom je verstoringen en zorg je voor een stabiele supply chain. Je signaleert knelpunten vroeg en komt met praktische oplossingen om processen soepel te laten verlopen. Daarnaast werk je continu aan het verbeteren van planningsprocessen. Je analyseert data, stuurt op KPI’s en zorgt voor optimale voorraadniveaus. In deze rol heb je directe invloed op leverbetrouwbaarheid, kosten en efficiëntie binnen de keten. Jouw werkzaamheden - Opstellen en bewaken van productie- en materiaalplanningen; - Afstemmen met productie, inkoop en logistiek over vraag en capaciteit; - Monitoren van voorraden en optimaliseren van voorraadniveaus; - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten in de supply chain; - Analyseren van planningsdata en verbeteren van processen; - Bewaken van levertijden en servicelevels richting klanten. Wat heb jij in huis? - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Supply Chain Management, Logistiek of Technische Bedrijfskunde; - Ervaring met supply chain planning binnen een industriële of chemische omgeving; - Sterk analytisch vermogen en ervaring met planningssystemen (ERP); - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en gevoel voor stakeholdermanagement; - Proactieve houding en het vermogen om snel te schakelen; - Oog voor detail en een gestructureerde manier van werken.
