We bieden je een unieke kans om in 3 jaar het volledige Supply Chain-proces te doorlopen: planning, customer service en warehousing. Omdat onze klant elk jaar groeit, krijg je bovendien de mogelijkheid om mee te werken aan nieuwe, uitdagende projecten en verbeterinitiatieven.

We zorgen ervoor dat je een diepgaand inzicht krijgt in de wereld van Supply Chain door 3 opdrachten te doorlopen, telkens gedurende 1 jaar:

Planning — Het doel is een optimale balans te vinden tussen klantenservice, interne kosten (logistiek, scrap, …) en voorraadbeheer. Je draagt bij aan ons Zero Food Waste-doel. Je beheert een netwerk van externe magazijnen, opvolging van leveranciers, werkt met logistieke partners, beheert de demand planning of voert de grondstoffen- en productieplanning uit. Customer Service — Je beheert het volledige order-to-delivery proces: inkomende orders verwerken, leveringen en verzendingen aanmaken, samenwerken met (externe) magazijnen en transportpartners. Je doel: een perfecte klantbeleving on time in full. Warehousing — Je ondersteunt de fysieke levering van grondstoffen naar productie en de levering van onze heerlijke producten naar klanten wereldwijd. Je identificeert verbeterpunten en helpt processen efficiënter maken.

Je krijgt een vast contract, want na je 3-jarig trainership stroom je door naar een functie binnen één van onze Supply Chain-teams. Je werkt vanuit onze site in Erpe-Mere. Je doet internationale ervaring op, leert hoe je een supply chain optimaal plant, hoe een fysiek magazijn draait en je leert onze klanten kennen.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Recent afgestudeerd met een duidelijke interesse in Supply Chain – max. 1 jaar werkervaring
  • Bachelor Logistiek / Master Economie …
  • Hands-on, oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig
  • Sterke PC-skills (uitstekende Excel-kennis), werkt graag met data, interesse in systemen
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht
  • Ben je een foodie? Dan hebben we al een tasty match
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands én Engels
