Pluripharm Groep groeit snel en zoekt daarom een enthousiast aanspreekpunt voor de aangesloten apotheken bij Pluriplus. Dus ben je klantgericht en administratief sterk dan horen we graag van je! Jij maakt het verschil door: - De administratieve en commerciële taken zorgvuldig op te pakken; - Klantgericht eerstelijns vragen van apothekers te beantwoorden en nieuwe klanten accuraat te onboarden; - Het Pluriplus team optimaal te ondersteunen op administratief gebied! Pluriplus, onderdeel van de Pluripharm Groep, ondersteunt openbare apotheken met zorg- en servicemodules, rapportages, coaching en training. Bovendien faciliteert Pluriplus het onderhandelingscollectief Pact dat namens zelfstandige openbaar apothekers contractafspraken maakt met zorgverzekeraars. De beste farmaceutische zorg verdient immers herkenning en waardering. Zo verbinden wij apothekers in hun streven om onderscheidend te zijn. Als support coördinator ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor apotheken die aangesloten zijn bij Pluriplus en PACT. Zo ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve ondersteuning van ruim 500 apotheken. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het beantwoorden van vragen, het onboarden van nieuwe leden en het onderhouden van de klantendatabase. Ook pak je het beheer van contracten op en informeer je klanten waar nodig. Je werkt op dagelijkse basis vanuit ons kantoor in Baarn. Thuiswerken is soms mogelijk, maar wel in overleg.
