Voor ons Support team zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en behulpzame Support Engineer. De rol in het kort Als Support Engineer maak jij onderdeel uit van een team van 11 Support Engineers. Het team is het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten bij technische vragen en IT-problemen. Je ondersteunt bij het beheren en oplossen van incidenten in diverse IT-omgevingen, waaronder Windows- en Linuxsystemen, cloudplatformen, zoals Microsoft Azure, en netwerkinfrastructuren. Dit gebeurt zowel op afstand (telefonisch of via tickets) maar ook bij de klant op locatie of in het datacenter. Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden : - Je bent de eerste schakel tussen Bizway en onze klanten; - Samen met het team los jij de binnenkomende requests en incidenten op; - Je analyseert en bewaakt de monitoring; - Je hebt afwisselend contact met verschillende gebruikers van een klant, van key-users tot eindgebruikers.
