Jouw werkzaamheden Als Support Engineer 2e lijn ondersteun jij onze klanten remote met hun 2e lijn IT vraagstukken. Daarbij heb je de volgende kernwerkzaamheden: - Behandelen van 2e lijn support calls en tickets. - Oplossen back-up problemen bij klanten. - Vraagbaak voor 1e lijn Support Engineers. - Het beoordelen en behandelen van alerts uit de diverse monitoring systemen. Profiel - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een opleiding in de IT. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift, beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift is een pré. - Uitgebreide kennis van Microsoft server en IT-netwerken. - Ervaring met IT-infrastructuren en eigen maken van IT-infrastructuren is een pré. - Je bent oplossingsgericht en resultaatgericht Wij bieden - Een uitdagende, maar vooral afwisselende functie in een jonge en dynamische omgeving. - Je krijgt veel vrijheid en eigen verantwoordelijkheid. - Het gaat hierbij om een dienstverband van 40 uur per week, met goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
