Ben jij een Support Engineer die graag problemen oplost en gebruikers helpt, maar niet noodzakelijk morgen van job wil veranderen? Dan maken we graag nu al kennis met je. In alle openheid en transparantie: deze vacature is opgemaakt om onze talentpool te versterken. Dat betekent dat er op dit moment geen concrete open positie is, maar dat we regelmatig Support Engineers inschakelen voor nieuwe en opstartende opdrachten bij onze klanten. Door nu al in gesprek te gaan, kunnen we sneller schakelen zodra er een passende opportuniteit ontstaat.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen

Als Support Engineer ondersteun je gebruikers en IT-omgevingen bij onze klanten, actief in uiteenlopende sectoren zoals de publieke sector, private ondernemingen en industriële omgevingen. De inhoud en complexiteit van je rol verschillen per context, maar telkens sta jij centraal in het operationeel stabiel houden van IT-systemen. Je werkt nauw samen met andere IT-profielen (developers, system engineers, cloud- en infrastructuurspecialisten) en fungeert als schakel tussen eindgebruikers en IT-teams. Concreet kan je rol onder meer bestaan uit:

  • Behandelen en opvolgen van 1st en/of 2nd line supportvragen
  • Analyseren en oplossen van incidenten en technische problemen binnen afgesproken SLA’s
  • Ondersteunen van eindgebruikers in hun dagelijkse werking
  • Meewerken aan het beheer van werkplekken, applicaties en IT-omgevingen
  • Correct registreren, documenteren en opvolgen van tickets
  • Signaleren van terugkerende problemen en voorstellen van structurele verbeteringen
  • Samenwerken met interne teams en externe partners bij complexere issues
  • Ondersteuning bieden in hybride en cloud-omgevingen

Afhankelijk van je ervaring kan je:

  • Complexere supportcases opnemen
  • Junior collega’s begeleiden
  • Of doorgroeien richting system, cloud, network of infrastructure engineer

We zoeken Support Engineers die zich vlot aanpassen aan verschillende klantomgevingen en openstaan voor opdrachten in diverse sectoren. Idealiter herken je jezelf in (een groot deel van) het volgende:

  • Je hebt ervaring in een IT support-, servicedesk- of workplace supportrol
  • Je hebt praktische kennis van Windows 10/11 en standaard werkplekomgevingen
  • Je hebt ervaring met en een goede kennis van:Microsoft 365 Active Directory Azure AD/Entra ID
  • Je bent vertrouwd met ticketingsystemen zoals ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Topdesk of gelijkaardig
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van netwerkconcepten zoals TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN en WiFi
  • Kennis van device management tools zoals Intune (of SCCM)
  • Je hebt interesse in cloud- en hybride omgevingen, vaak binnen het Microsoft-ecosysteem
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, klantgericht en blijft rustig onder druk
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel technische als niet-technische gebruikers
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans
