Van Microsoft 365 en Azure tot cybersecurity, cloudoplossingen en de moderne werkplek: we zorgen ervoor dat IT niet ingewikkeld is, maar juist werkt zoals het hoort. Je komt terecht in een klein en hecht team, waar iedereen elkaar kent en waar je de ruimte krijgt om jezelf te ontwikkelen. We vinden het belangrijk dat je blijft leren. Daarom krijg je volop mogelijkheden voor trainingen en certificeringen, maar leer je vooral veel in de praktijk. Learning on the job staat bij ons centraal. Je werkt bovendien niet alleen achter je laptop. Je hebt veel contact met klanten, leert hun organisatie kennen en denkt actief mee over oplossingen. Je houdt je bezig met: - IT-support voor Microsoft 365, Windows, hardware en applicaties. - Storingen analyseren en problemen slim oplossen. - Hardware en software installeren en beheren. - Werken met cloud- en netwerkomgevingen. - Tickets oppakken en klanten goed op de hoogte houden. - Meedenken over slimmere, veiligere IT-oplossingen. - Klanten helpen en technische zaken begrijpelijk uitleggen.
