  • Je bewaakt energieproductie en energieverbruik via energie monitoring en vervult een sleutelrol in proactieve energieadviesverlening.
  • Je ontzorgt klanten door op afstand digitale kwaliteitscontrole uit te voeren, storingen te analyseren en oplossingen te bieden via remote support.
  • Je denkt mee met klanten over optimaal energierendement en energie-efficiëntie en vertaalt technische inzichten naar duidelijke adviezen.
  • Je helpt gebruikers van de monitoringapp, begeleidt hen in het gebruik en licht de werking van slimme systemen begrijpelijk toe.
  • Je start met een grondige opleiding, groeit stap voor stap in verantwoordelijkheid en werkt nauw samen met een dynamisch, positief team.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding afgerond, bij voorkeur in de richting elektriciteit of een vergelijkbaar technisch domein.
  • Je beschikt over kennis van hernieuwbare energie en duurzame energie in Vlaanderen of hebt sterke interesse in deze sector.
  • Je werkt punctueel, volgt dossiers nauwkeurig op en hebt aandacht voor detail in technische analyses.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in contact met klanten en collega's.
  • IT-kennis en eerdere ervaring in duurzame energie of energie-installaties zijn een pluspunt.
