Zur Verstärkung unseres Entwicklerteams suchen wir 1 Support Engineer - First and Second Level, 80-100% (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben

- Umfassende und individuelle Kundenbetreuung bei allen technischen Fragen

- Ticketannahme, -lösung und gegebenenfalls -weiterleitung entsprechend der deffinierten Richtlinien

- Wissenstransfer innerhalb des Teams und P ege der Wissensdatenbank

- Mitarbeit in Testphasen und bei Kundenschulungen

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Professional Services und Projektleitung

Deine Qualifikation

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung und Erfahrung in IT-Service-Desk oder Kundensupportstrukturen

- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in MS SQL und WIN Betriebssysteme sind Voraussetzung, Erfahrungen im PIM-Umfeld sind eine gute Ergänzung

- Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise verbunden mit einem hohen Maß an Selbstständigkeit

- Freundliches und kundenorientiertes Auftreten am Telefon und per eMail

- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, auch in Stresssituationen freundlich zu reagieren
