Ben jij een probleemoplosser met passie voor IT? Als Support Engineer IT ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen en storingen. Je helpt gebruikers, analyseert problemen en draagt bij aan verbeteringen in de IT-infrastructuur. Wil jij een cruciale rol spelen in een IT-team? Lees dan snel verder! Wat ga je doen? Als Support Engineer IT zorg jij ervoor dat systemen en netwerken optimaal functioneren. Je lost IT-gerelateerde vragen en storingen op en biedt ondersteuning aan gebruikers. Daarnaast werk je aan structurele verbeteringen en denk je mee over efficiëntere oplossingen. Je werkt met diverse systemen en technologieën, waardoor je technische kennis steeds verder groeit. Ook krijg je de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen door middel van trainingen en certificeringen. Jouw werkzaamheden Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij IT-vraagstukken en storingen; Oplossen van problemen met hardware, software en netwerken; Installeren en configureren van systemen en applicaties; Documenteren van oplossingen en bijdragen aan kennisdeling binnen het team; Meedenken over verbeteringen in IT-processen en infrastructuur. Wat heb jij in huis? Ervaring met IT-support, servicedesk of systeembeheer; Kennis van Windows en/of Linux, Office 365 en netwerken; Probleemoplossend vermogen en klantgerichte instelling; Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding; Interesse in IT-innovaties en de drive om te leren.
