Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit für die Kundenbetreuung in unserem Online-Geschäft (B2C).

In dieser Position bist du erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden und betreust Anfragen rund um Bestellungen, Lieferungen, Retouren und Reklamationen im Tagesgeschäft. 1 Support-Mitarbeiter Online B2C (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben

* Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per E-Mail, Telefon und über unsere Verkaufsplattformen

* Betreuung von Bestellungen über den gesamten Prozess - von der Auftragsprüfung bis zur Zustellung

* Abwicklung von Retouren, Reklamationen und Gutschriften

* Klärung von Liefer- und Transportfällen mit den Paketdienstleistern

* Bearbeitung von Garantie- und Servicefällen in Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und Herstellern

* Pflege von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten im ERP-System

* Mitarbeit bei der laufenden Verbesserung von Supportabläufen und Textbausteinen

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder höhere Schule (z. B. HAK, HTL oder vergleichbar)

* Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, Support oder E-Commerce von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie freundliches, sicheres Auftreten

* Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit ERP- oder Ticketsystemen von Vorteil

* Technisches Grundverständnis im Bereich Consumer Electronics von Vorteil
