Je werkt 40 uur per week, meestal tijdens kantoortijden. Je start flexibel tussen 07:00 en 10:00 uur. Na je inwerkperiode kun je één dag per week thuiswerken. Je verdient €18,23 tot €22,04 per uur, afhankelijk van je ervaring. Je verwerkt de administratie en facturatie van luchtvrachtzendingen. Je controleert of zendingen zijn binnengekomen en opgehaald. Ook pas je de juiste tarieven toe en verwerk je toeslagen, bijvoorbeeld voor gevaarlijke goederen of opslag. Je checkt facturen van externe partijen en onderzoekt afwijkingen. Je volgt disputen actief op en bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen over facturen. Je werkt samen met luchtvrachtagenten, luchtvaartmaatschappijen en collega's van finance. Ongeveer de helft van je taken is repeterend, zoals basisfacturatie. De andere helft is uitdagender: je zoekt uit waarom er afwijkingen zijn en overlegt hierover met anderen.
