Vraag een offerte aan Maak een belafspraak Supportmedewerker (40 uur) - Jij houdt onze beveiligingsoplossingen draaiend Standplaats: IJsselstein Uren: 40 uur per week Salaris: € 2.500 tot € 4.000 bruto per maand Bij MyGuard zorgen we ervoor dat onze klanten kunnen vertrouwen op hun beveiligingsoplossingen, elke dag opnieuw. Achter die betrouwbaarheid zit een team dat op afstand alles in de gaten houdt, storingen tackelt voordat ze een probleem worden, en klanten snel en persoonlijk helpt. Voor dat team zoeken we versterking. Je helpt mee Nederland veiliger te maken. Wat ga je doen? Als supportmedewerker ben jij het achter-de-schermen-brein dat onze dienstverlening soepel laat draaien. Je houdt tijdelijke beveiligingsoplossingen programmeermatig en administratief op orde, en je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt als er iets misgaat. Concreet betekent dit: - Je signaleert storingen op afstand en lost ze waar mogelijk direct op - Kun je het niet op afstand oplossen? Dan zet je de juiste acties uit zodat onze monteurs het ter plekke kunnen verhelpen - Je onderhoudt het contact met klanten en beantwoordt hun vragen over onze producten - Je verricht remote servicewerkzaamheden - Zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief in orde is. Daarnaast krijg je een mooie kans om je tanden te zetten in een groter project: de implementatie van ons nieuwe ERP-pakket, die we voor het einde van het jaar willen starten met de implementatie. Hierin kun jij een leidende rol pakken. Je komt te werken naast een collega die al jaren in deze functie zit en wel wat extra handen kan gebruiken. Wat breng je mee? - Minimaal MBO4 - Computervaardig - Interesse in ICT - Communicatief sterk - Je werkt in een team, maar vooral belangrijk dat je zelf zaken signaleert en oppakt. Wat bieden we jou?
