Das Golda, mitten im Herzen der Wiener Innenstadt, verwöhnt seine Gäste während der Wintersaison mit exquisiten und hochwertigsten japanischen Sushi-Kreationen. In den Sommermonaten begeistern wir unsere Gäste mit einer erlesenen Auswahl an qualitativ hochwertigsten Eissorten.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort: 1 Sushikoch/-köchin Befristet Dienstverhältnis von 01.10.2026 bis 30.04.2027

Teilzeit- oder Vollzeitbeschäftigung - 20 bis 40 Stunden pro Woche von Sonntag bis Donnerstag von 09:00 Uhr bis 20:00 Uhr - nach Absprache

Deine Aufgaben

* Zubereitung von hochwertigem Sushi

* Vorbereitung und fachgerechter Umgang mit frischen Zutaten

* Sicherstellung unserer hohen Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards

* Kreatives und sorgfältiges Anrichten der Speisen

* Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Aufrechterhaltung eines reibungslosen Küchenablaufs

Das bringst du mit

* Erfahrung als Sushi-Koch oder in der japanischen Küche von Vorteil

* Leidenschaft für hochwertige Lebensmittel und japanische Küche

* Sorgfältige, saubere und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Freude an der Arbeit
