Bij onze partner, een vastgoedkantoor in Bredene, ziet je takenpakket als technisch beheerder vastgoeder als volgt uit:

  • Werkuren: van 8u30 tot 17u00 en 1 dag in de week tot 17u30. Af en toe werk je eens in het weekend indien er een vergadering gepland staat. Die dag mag je naar keuze opnemen. Je bent flexibel om af en toe in de avond een vergadering te leiden.
  • Vergaderingen voorbereiden, leiden, notities nemen en opvolgen
  • Technische opvolging van de gebouwen. Indien nodig ga je ter plaatse en neem je foto's
  • De verzekeringsmakelaar op de hoogte brengen van schadegevallen
  • Dossiers overmaken aan de verzekeringsmaatschappij en opvolgen
  • Inplannen van de aannemers, loodgieters en elektriciens
  • Telefonische oproepen ontvangen en de mailbox beheren
  • Mensen ontvangen in het kantoor en hun vragen beantwoorden of doorgeven aan de collega

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat met de volgende achtergrond en vaardigheden.

  • Je hebt administratieve werkervaring of je beschikt over een bachelordiploma.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een technische werkomgeving of een grote interesse in technische materie.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en kan je ook in het Frans behelpen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en je stelt vlot prioriteiten.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en je hebt commerciële feeling.
