Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert, installeert en optimaliseert IT-infrastructuren bij verschillende klanten.
  • Je analyseert incidenten, lost complexe technische problemen zelfstandig op en denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je werkt zowel aan supporttickets als aan grotere infrastructuurprojecten, waarbij je zelf de planning en opvolging bewaakt.
  • Je adviseert klanten over performante en veilige IT-oplossingen en ondersteunt collega's vanuit jouw specialisatie.
  • Je zorgt voor duidelijke documentatie, kennisdeling en een correcte communicatie met klanten en collega's.

Waar ga je werken? Onze klant is actief in het ontwerpen, implementeren en beheren van professionele IT-infrastructuren voor bedrijven. Ze combineren technische expertise met een persoonlijke aanpak en bouwen dagelijks aan betrouwbare, veilige en toekomstgerichte IT-omgevingen voor hun klanten.

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als System/infrastructure Engineer.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke kennis van Windows Server, Active Directory, netwerken, firewalls en monitoring.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt oplossingsgericht en blijft rustig onder druk.
  • Je plant je werk efficiënt en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je projecten.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en vertaalt technische materie naar begrijpelijke oplossingen.
