Bij IP linq werk je aan moderne ICT-omgevingen voor uiteenlopende organisaties in Twente en daarbuiten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, onderhoud en de optimalisatie van systemen en netwerken en speelt een belangrijke rol bij projecten, migraties en technische escalaties. Wat ga je doen? Als Systeem-/Netwerkbeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de continuïteit van de ICT-omgevingen van onze klanten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheer en onderhoud van Windows Server-omgevingen - Beheer van netwerken, switches, firewalls en wireless oplossingen - Installeren, configureren en vervangen van netwerkapparatuur - Uitvoeren van migraties, upgrades en uitbreidingsprojecten - Ondersteunen van collega's bij complexe 2e- en 3e-lijns vraagstukken - Analyseren en oplossen van systeem- en netwerkstoringen - Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en monitoring - Adviseren van klanten over verbeteringen binnen hun ICT-omgeving - Opzetten, documenteren en beheren van technische omgevingen - Actief bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen binnen de organisatie Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag installeer je een nieuwe firewall of switch bij een klant, de volgende dag los je een complexe serverstoring op of werk je mee aan een migratieproject. Wat verwachten wij van jou? Wij zoeken een ervaren ICT-professional met een brede technische kennis en een praktische instelling.
