Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

- Verlenen van technische ondersteuning voor klanten via telefoon, e-mail en op locatie

- Installeren, configureren en onderhouden van servers, netwerken, VoIP en endpoint devices

- Oplossen van technische problemen op locatie bij klanten en implementeren van IT-projecten

- Samenwerken met een team van specialisten om complexe IT-vraagstukken te analyseren en op te lossen

- Proactief monitoren en beheren van IT-infrastructuren om optimale prestaties te garanderen

- Minstens 3 jaar ervaring

- Een frisse, eigentijdse kijk op de voortdurend veranderende IT-wereld

- Goede kennis van netwerken, firewalls en servers

- Een onverzadigbare dorst naar nieuwe kennis, want jij beschouwt leren als een avontuur

- Een sprankelende dosis nieuwsgierigheid die elke uitdaging omarmt met een glimlach

- Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en het vermogen om onder druk kalm te blijven

- Veel geduld met mensen en een vriendelijke houding

- Een proactieve houding en de vaardigheid om zelfstandig te werken
