Jouw rol Als Netwerk- en Systeembeheerder bij Itum ben jij de technische specialist voor onze klanten. Je werkt zelfstandig én samen met collega's aan het ontwerpen, migreren, beheren en optimaliseren van IT‑omgevingen - zowel on‑premise als in de cloud. Je schakelt soepel tussen techniek, planning en klantverwachtingen, waardoor je weet hoe je prioriteiten bewaakt én de klant professioneel meeneemt in keuzes. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwerpen, implementeren en beheren van Microsoft 365‑ en Azure‑omgevingen (o.a. migraties, tenant‑to‑tenant, inrichting). - Beheren, optimaliseren en troubleshooten van Windows Server‑omgevingen. - Oplossen van technische vraagstukken op het gebied van netwerken (firewalls, VLAN's, VPN, routing). - Werken met en onderhouden van virtualisatieplatformen zoals Hyper‑V en/of VMware. - Analyseren en verbeteren van bestaande IT‑infrastructuren bij diverse klanten. - Adviseren van klanten over IT‑oplossingen - zowel remote als op locatie. - Samenwerken met collega‑engineers om projecten en incidenten efficiënt op te pakken.
