Als Systeembeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor continuïteit, veiligheid en klanttevredenheid bij een regionale IT-dienstverlener. Ontwikkel jezelf verder in een hecht team met veel afwisseling en groeimogelijkheden. Functieomschrijving Als Systeembeheerder ben jij de spil in het beheer van ICT-omgevingen voor meerdere klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat hun systemen, zowel on-premises als in de cloud, veilig, stabiel en up-to-date blijven. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, voert proactieve controles uit en pakt zowel dagelijkse als uitdagende technische vraagstukken op. Op een gemiddelde werkdag monitor je klantomgevingen vanuit kantoor, los je incidenten op en onderhoud je direct contact met klanten. Je wisselt tussen technische uitdagingen, klantcommunicatie en het uitvoeren van verbeteringen aan systemen. Incidenteel bezoek je klanten, bijvoorbeeld bij onboarding of als er verstoringen zijn die on-site aandacht vragen. Daarnaast draai je eens in de zes weken een storings- en monitoringdienst.
