In deze rol werk je deels remote en deels op klantlocatie, en zorg je voor een stabiele werking van netwerken, servers en Microsoft 365-omgevingen. Je denkt mee over structurele oplossingen en ondersteunt klanten en collega's met 1e en 2e lijns incidenten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren en optimaliseren van Windows en Linux servers in VMWare omgevingen; - Configuratie en monitoring van netwerken, firewalls en Unifi accesspoints; - Installeren en onderhouden van werkplekken, back-upsystemen en Microsoft 365-platformen; - Ondersteunen bij migraties en updates van cloud- en on-premise systemen; - Signaleren van knelpunten en voorstellen van verbeteringen in IT-structuren; - Oplossen van technische vraagstukken samen met je collega's.
