Wat ga je doen Als systeembeheerder bij Bitcom ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het stabiel, veilig en toekomstbestendig houden van IT-omgevingen bij onze klanten én onze eigen cloudoplossingen. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Beheren, monitoren en optimaliseren van IT-infrastructuren - Onderhoud en vernieuwing van servers, werkplekken, netwerken en VoIP-systemen - Implementeren en migreren van omgevingen (on-premise, hybride en Azure) - Oplossen van storingen en ondersteunen van eindgebruikers - Fungeren als sparringpartner voor collega's bij technische vraagstukken - Coördineren van wijzigingen, projecten en leveranciers - Uitvoeren van 2e-lijns beheer en escalaties - Meedraaien in stand-by diensten (in overleg) Dit ben jij IT is voor jou niet alleen werk, maar ook een passie. Je denkt vooruit, werkt zelfstandig en houdt overzicht. Daarnaast: - Werk je op hbo-niveau - Heb je circa 5 jaar ervaring als systeembeheerder - Beheers je Nederlands (en bij voorkeur Engels) goed - Ben je gestructureerd, oplossingsgericht en communicatief sterk Dit zijn wij Bij Bitcom werk je in een informele, hechte club van IT-professionals waar techniek, samenwerken en plezier hand in hand gaan.
