Over ons - Over Parnassia Groep - Collega's over Parnassia Groep Systeemtherapeut Jeugd Youz, specialistische zorg voor jeugd en gezin, zoekt voor het FACT jeugdteam in Den Haag een systeemtherapeut. Ben jij een betrokken systeemtherapeut en heb jij een groot hart voor de outreachende psychiatrie en maak jij het verschil voor jongeren en gezinnen met meervoudige problematiek? Lees dan verder. Dit ga je doen Het FACT team richt zich met een intensief outreachend multidisciplinair hulpaanbod op jongeren van 12 tot 23 jaar, inclusief hun systeem en directe leefomgeving. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - outreachend werken met ouders/kind, zijn cliëntensysteem en netwerk; - een bijdrage leveren aan diagnostiek en voeren van systeemgesprekken; - geven van ouderbegeleiding en betrekken van het systeem bij de behandeling; - voeren van intakegesprekken, doen van observaties, diagnostiek en/of indicatiestelling; - verbinding maken en het gezin en de problematiek vanuit meerdere perspectieven bekijken. Dit ben jij - je hebt een afgeronde opleiding tot systeemtherapeut met een NVRG-registratie en een aantal jaren werkervaring in de ggz; - ervaring in de ambulante zorg is een pre; - je bent een doener met een lange adem die altijd op zoek is naar innovatie; - in bezit van een diploma IAG, een rijbewijs b en een auto is een pre. Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie is een positieve verklaring omtrent gedrag (vog) vereist. Het natrekken van referenties en het controleren van diploma's maken onderdeel uit van de sollicitatieprocedure. Wij bieden - een betekenisvolle functie in een professionele, warme en betrokken werkomgeving; - arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens cao GGZ (FWG 49/50), met een salaris tussen € 4544,- en € 5901,- (FWG 60) op basis van een werkweek van 36 uur; - een contract voor onbepaalde tijd; - ruimte om je te ontwikkelen binnen de Parnassia Groep; - flexibele contracturen van 12 uur, afhankelijk van je taken en voorkeur. ...
