TakenHet opstellen en bijhouden van onderhoudsconcepten en onderhoudsplannen met als doel het verhogen van de machinebetrouwbaarheid; Het opstellen en adviseren van maintenance stock levels voor kritische parts; Je bent als System Engineer Machinebouw verantwoordelijk voor het maken van een meerjaren advies voor het site masterplan vanuit maintenance optiek; Super user in elektronisch asset management tool en verbetering hiervan; Je bent als System Engineer Machinebouw ondersteunend in het technisch opleidingsplan voor Technicians en Operators; Adviserend in opstellen van SLA’s en aanverwanten met contractors; VereistenEen afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding in de richting van Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica, Industriële Automatisering, Technische Bedrijfskunde of aanverwant; Je hebt kennis van hydraulische, pneumatische en elektrische besturings- en regelsystemen, veiligheidsvoorschriften, administratieve voorschriften en procedures; Je beschikt over goede contactuele vaardigheden en bent stressbestendig; Je hebt aantoonbare kennis en ervaring met het opstellen van onderhoudsplannen en onderhoudsconcepten; Je hebt als System Engineer Machinebouw kennis van en ervaring met RAMS/LCC, FMECA, RCA en TCO concepten opstellen en evalueren; Je hebt aantoonbare kennis en ervaring op het gebied asset management; Een vloeiende beheer.
