Sarawak Belux is een toonaangevend Field Marketing Agentschap in België. Wij zijn actief binnen Brand Activation, Field Sales, Merchandising en Marketing Logistics. Daarnaast ondersteunen we bedrijven ook als partner in Headhunting & Outsourced Services, met een focus op Sales-, Marketing- en administratieve profielen.

Met ons hoofdkantoor in Groot-Bijgaarden telt Sarawak vandaag ongeveer 210 vaste medewerkers, aangevuld met een flexibele pool van meer dan 1.000 tijdelijke medewerkers en studenten die dagelijks mee projecten realiseren.

Vandaag zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Systems Project Manager die de uitrol van nieuwe Business Tools zal begeleiden.

Jouw missie

Als Systems Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de succesvolle implementatie, ingebruikname en continue verbetering van nieuwe bedrijfsapplicaties.

Je werkt nauw samen met de operationele teams, IT, interne stakeholders en de softwareleverancier.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Het leiden van de implementatie van de tools, van configuratie tot de uitrol binnen de volledige organisatie BeLux.
  • Het analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en het vertalen van gebruikers- en businessbehoeften naar functionele specificaties.
  • Het coördineren van het overzetten van data en informatie van onze oude tool(s) naar de nieuwe tool(s).
  • Het begeleiden van een Pilot-case (mini proefperiode van de nieuwe tool) en het doorvoeren van de nodige aanpassingen vóór de volledige uitrol in Sarawak Belux.
  • Het plannen en organiseren van interne gebruikersopleidingen en change management.
  • Het opvolgen van de projectplanning, risico’s, deadlines en deliverables.
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt tussen de managers, IT en de softwareleveranciers.
  • Het verzamelen, prioriteren en opvolgen van verbeterings- en wijzigingsverzoeken na de go-live.
  • Het ondersteunen van de ontwikkeling van rapporteringen, dashboards en prestatie-indicatoren.

Op termijn word je de functionele verantwoordelijke van de applicatie(s) en speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie ervan binnen SARAWAK.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over minstens een bachelordiploma in informatiesystemen, businessanalyse, projectmanagement of een gelijkwaardige richting.
  • Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in IT-projectmanagement, de implementatie van bedrijfsapplicaties of digitale transformatieprojecten.
  • Je hebt ervaring met software-implementaties en het begeleiden van gebruikers bij de ingebruikname van nieuwe systemen.
  • Je hebt een goed inzicht in bedrijfsprocessen en ervaring met het verzamelen en analyseren van business requirements.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft 365, waaronder Excel, Teams en Outlook.
  • Kennis van Power BI, SQL of SaaS-oplossingen is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische, analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt verschillende stakeholders op een efficiënte manier coördineren.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Ons bedrijf is internationaal actief, een goede talenkennis (mondeling en schriftelijk) is noodzakelijk.
