Desarrolla proyectos innovadores de empleo, salud mental, discapacidad y envejecimiento activo, busca actualmente cubrir: TÉCNICO/A GESTOR EN MANTENIMIENTO. - Puesto Ubicado en Zaragoza- CP 50.018. - Incorporación inmediata. REQUISITOS: Imprescindibles: - Al menos 2 años de experiencia. - Al menos ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en áreas técnicas: Mantenimiento de Instalaciones Térmicas y de Fluidos, Sistemas Electrotécnicos y Automatizados, Eficiencia Energética, Mecatrónica Industrial, Mantenimiento Electrónico o similares. También titulación universitaria técnica. Valorables: - Ingeniería (Edificación, Eléctrica, Mecánica, Industrial, Energía), Arquitectura o Arquitectura Técnica. Formación complementaria en gestión de mantenimiento, instalaciones o compras, prevención de riesgos, normativa reglamentaria (RITE, REBT, PCI) y, especialmente, AutoCAD. FUNCIONES: - Apoyo técnico y administrativo al Departamento de Compras y Mantenimiento. Gestionarás incidencias y el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los centros, coordinarás a empresas mantenedoras y proveedores, solicitarás presupuestos y harás seguimiento de los trabajos contratados. - Revisión de albaranes, facturas e informes, controlarás inspecciones, certificados y revisiones reglamentarias (incluidas las de OCA), mantendrás actualizados registros y cuadros de seguimiento, y visitarás los centros para comprobar instalaciones y necesidades. CONDICIONES: - Contrato indefinido. - Jornada completa de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 16:00 horas. - Retribuciones 25.000 euros brutos anuales. - Puesto Ubicado en Zaragoza- CP 50.018.
