Als onderdeel van Siltech Group ontwikkelen en produceren wij in Elst hoogwaardige audiokabels, elektronica en luidsprekers die wereldwijd worden verkocht. Voor onze organisatie zoeken wij een ervaren Tactisch Inkoper die leveranciersrelaties verder ontwikkelt, het inkoopproces optimaliseert en bijdraagt aan een betrouwbare en toekomstbestendige supply chain. Wat ga je doen als Tactisch Inkoper? Als Tactisch Inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van het inkoopproces binnen Siltech Group. Je beheert leveranciersrelaties op strategisch niveau, draagt bij aan een betrouwbare supply chain en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor collega's binnen de organisatie. Met jouw kennis en ervaring zorg je ervoor dat de organisatie beschikt over de juiste materialen tegen optimale voorwaarden. Tegelijkertijd signaleer je kansen om processen verder te verbeteren en de inkoopfunctie verder te professionaliseren. Samen met de Operationeel/Technisch Inkoper vorm je het inkoopteam en zorg je voor een optimale samenwerking tussen leveranciers, productie, magazijn, sales en engineering. Werkzaamheden • Inkopen van materialen, componenten en diensten voor de productie • Onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen van leveranciersrelaties • Onderhandelen over prijzen, levertijden en contractuele voorwaarden • Bewaken van levertijden en opvolgen van uitstaande orders • Opvragen, vergelijken en beoordelen van offertes • Verwerken en beheren van inkooporders in AFAS Profit • Analyseren van voorraadniveaus en borgen van materiaalbeschikbaarheid • Signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen de supply chain, optimaliseren van inkoopprocessen en coachen van collega's binnen het inkoopvakgebied Naar wie zijn we op zoek?
