Functieomschrijving Als Tactisch Inkoper bij NTS Eindhoven ben je verantwoordelijk voor het tactisch beheren en professionaliseren van de inkoop spend. Deze spend kent een breed leverancierslandschap en heeft directe invloed op kostenbeheersing, doorlooptijd, flexibiliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid binnen onze hightech maakomgeving. Hoewel deze spend kleiner is dan de strategische spend van Global Procurement, is de operationele en tactische impact aanzienlijk. Jij zorgt voor segmentatie, standaardisatie en schaalbaarheid, en verbindt lokale belangen met de globale inkoopkaders. Je werkt op het snijvlak van Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain en leveranciers en neemt eigenaarschap over sourcing beslissingen, contractstrategie en performance.
