Wij vragen

Voor deze functie zoeken wij een Talent Consultant die analytisch sterk is en een eerste ervaring heeft opgedaan met Outplacementbegeleidingen en coaching. Je beschikt over:

  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring met Outplacementbegeleidingen.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
  • Een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Een klantgerichte en flexibele instelling, met oog voor zowel kwaliteit als resultaat.
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een menswetenschappelijke richting.
  • Kennis van Frans is een troef.
