Ons team aan recruiters verzorgen het onboarden, begeleiden en inplannen van onze pool van uitzendkrachten. Lees dan verder! €2500 - 3000 p/u Bereken je maandsalaris Over de functie: Als Talent Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal laten presteren van jouw pool uitzendkrachten. Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met je groep riders en doet er alles aan om hun betrokkenheid en prestaties te maximaliseren. Je hebt wekelijks contact met onze opdrachtgever en je werkt nauw samen met een team van recruiters. Daarnaast rapporteer je wekelijks aan onze Operationeel Manager over de voortgang en behaalde resultaten. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol krijg je een afwisselend takenpakket, waarin je veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt: - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het managen van de pool fietsbezorgers (riders). - Je monitort de prestaties van medewerkers en rapporteert hierover aan de operationeel manager. - Je verwerkt binnenkomende sollicitaties, je voert telefonische intakes en sollicitatiegesprekken om te bepalen of kandidaten passen bij de opdrachtgever. - Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen om de juiste talenten te werven, selecteren, onboarden en begeleid...
