Cervus Tax Ik ben Lukas en ik ben 34 jaar. Ik werk inmiddels alweer bijna drie jaar voor Cervus, na eerst bij een top 15 accountants-/advieskantoor gewerkt te hebben. Ik heb echt bewust de keuze voor Cervus - als kantoor gefocust op advies - gemaakt. Cervus heeft een zusterbedrijf, Ysel, dat zich richt op de fiscale administratie/accountancy waardoor ik dit stuk los kan laten en mij echt volledig kan focussen op adviserende werkzaamheden. Ik merk dat ik door deze focus op advies een onafhankelijkere positie als adviseur heb, wat mij goed ligt en wat voor mij echt onderscheidend is als ik Cervus als werkgever vergelijk met andere kantoren. Ik merk dat Cervus door de focus op advies ook echt uitdagende adviesopdrachten aantrekt. Het hierin duiken en de ruimte krijgen om dit echt goed uit te zoeken past goed bij mij en geeft mij inhoudelijke uitdaging. Bij Cervus gaat de kwaliteit voor de kwantiteit en is hier dus volop tijd en ruimte voor. Binnen Cervus wordt samengewerkt in een fijn team, waarin ook voor junior en medior adviseurs volop mogelijkheden zijn om mee te werken aan adviesklussen. De klanten waar ik veel mee te maken heb zijn voornamelijk mkb-bedrijven (van klein tot zeer groot), non-profit organisaties, zorginstellingen en internationale bedrijven. En als op een onderdeel van een advies of ondersteuning geprocedeerd moet worden, dan doet Cervus dit ook echt. Zo lopen er een aantal interessante procedures waar ik aan mee werk! Kortom, de stap naar Cervus betekende voor mij een stap naar heel diverse fiscaal werk waarin ik mij - in een fijn team - echt kan focussen op het bieden van kwalitatief goede adviezen en mij volop kan focussen op de fiscale inhoud!
