Als Tax Partner ben je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen dossiers en cliënten en draag je zorg voor goede advisering op het gebied van fiscale vraagstukken. Dit doe je in nauw overleg met de overige partners om de kwaliteit van de uitgaande adviezen te waarborgen. Partners bij Cervus beheersen alle relevante fiscale aspecten en schakelen waar nodig specialisten in. Naast de advieswerkzaamheden is het voor de partner binnen Cervus een belangrijke taak om zijn portefeuille uit te breiden. Je krijgt hierin ruimte en vrijheid om de uitbouw van de praktijk naar eigen inzicht vorm te geven. Verder behoort het aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van junior medewerkers tot je takenpakket. Dit breng je mee Jij bent ondernemend, ambitieus, initiatiefrijk en je bent in staat zelfstandig dossiers te behandelen. Daarnaast beschik jij over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Daardoor ben je in staat om de samenwerking met dienstverleners uit te bouwen en te versterken.
