Gent Drive is op zoek naar gemotiveerde taxichauffeurs voor personenvervoer.

REGIO GENT - ANTWERPEN - BUGGENHOUT

Als taxichauffeur sta je in voor het veilig, comfortabel en klantvriendelijk vervoeren van onze klanten. De opdrachten zijn gevarieerd en bestaan onder meer uit luchthavenvervoer, zakelijk vervoer, vooraf geplande ritten en opdrachten via digitale platformen.

We zoeken zowel chauffeurs die voltijds als deeltijds willen werken. Ook een flexijob tewerkstelling met uren in onderling overleg is mogelijk. Dagwerk en nachtwerk kunnen deel uitmaken van de planning, afhankelijk van jouw beschikbaarheid.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

• Klanten ophalen en veilig naar hun bestemming brengen

• Ritten uitvoeren volgens de planning

• Klantvriendelijke en professionele service bieden

• Telefonisch contact onderhouden met klanten indien nodig

• De wagen netjes en verzorgd houden

• Basiscontroles van het voertuig uitvoeren

• Verkeersregels en bedrijfsrichtlijnen correct naleven

• Correct omgaan met reservaties en dispatchingsystemen

We zoeken iemand die klantgericht, betrouwbaar, verzorgd en zelfstandig kan werken. Ervaring als taxichauffeur is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B en voldoet aan de wettelijke voorwaarden om als taxichauffeur te mogen werken.

Heb je jouw medische keuring, aangepast rijbewijs en bestuurderspas reeds in orde? Dan is een zeer snelle opstart mogelijk.

Zijn deze documenten nog niet in orde, dan bekijken we samen welke stappen nog nodig zijn.

Volgende vereisten zijn nodig om de job te mogen uitvoeren en een bestuurderspas te verkrijgen:

  • Je hebt minimale basis kennis Nederlands B1 of A2.
  • Je kan een blanco uittreksel uit het strafregister voorleggen.
  • Je kan het schadeverleden van je autoverzekering voorleggen.

We verwachten een professionele houding tegenover klanten en een sterke focus op s ervice en klanttevredenheid. Even belangrijk zijn veilig rijgedrag en zorgvuldig gebruik van onze voertuigen. Op zowel klantbeleving als omgang met onze voertuigen wordt nauw toegezien. Klachten, onveilig rijgedrag, vermijdbare schade en boetes nemen we ernstig en volgen we strikt op.
