Dieses Aufgabenspektrum bieten wir:

Nach einer strukturierten Einarbeitung übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle im Qualitätsmanagement mit vielseitigen und verantwortungsvollen Aufgaben:

* Sie führen und entwickeln unser Complaint Management Team und prägen aktiv eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sie übernehmen die End-to-End-Verantwortung für den Reklamationsprozess im Bereich Medizinprodukte und In-vitro-Diagnostika - mit Fokus auf Qualität, Compliance und Effizienz

* Sie steuern und bearbeiten nationale und internationale Kunden- sowie Lieferantenreklamationen - von der Analyse über fundierte Stellungnahmen bis hin zur Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports für Behörden und Partner

* Sie treiben nachhaltige Verbesserungen voran, indem Sie Korrektur- und Präventionsmaßnahmen (z. B. CAPA, Change Control) initiieren

* Sie analysieren Reklamationsmuster technisch fundiert und leiten daraus wertvolle Erkenntnisse zur Optimierung von Produkten und Prozessen ab

* Sie arbeiten eng mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen - von QA/QC über Produktion bis hin zu Sales und R&D - und sind eine zentrale Schnittstelle im Unternehmen

Damit überzeugen Sie uns:

* Ein verantwortungsvoller Job motiviert Sie, und Sie zeichnen sich durch eine sehr organisierte, zuverlässige und genaue Arbeitsweise aus.

* Sie haben idealerweise eine technische/naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL/FH/ Uni) in den Fachrichtungen Medizintechnik, Kunststofftechnik, Chemie, Biomedizinische Analytik oä abgeschlossen.

* Erfahrungen im Qualitätsmanagement oder Complaint Management sind von Vorteil.

* Sie zeichnen sich durch hohe mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikations-Fähigkeiten aus.

* Sie sind stark in der Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich wie mündlich) und haben Freude an internationaler Kommunikation.

Das Jahresbruttoeinkommen für diese Stelle beträgt mind. EUR 61.000 (KV-Mindestgehalt der chemischen Industrie). Abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und beruflichen Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur deutlichen Überzahlung.
