Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Liezen suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die als zentrale organisatorische Unterstützung unser Maschinenbau-Team im Tagesgeschäft begleitet. 1 Team Office Manager Maschinenbau (m/w/d) Vollzeit oder Teilzeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Organisation und Koordination administrativer Abläufe innerhalb des gesamten Teams

* Nachverfolgung offener Aufgaben, Termine und To-dos

* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, Pflege und Verwaltung von Angeboten

* Koordination zwischen Vertrieb, Konstruktion, Einkauf, Projektmanagement und Service

* Verwaltung und Pflege technischer Dokumente, Vorlagen und Daten

* Vorbereitung von Besprechungen sowie Protokollführung

* Unterstützung bei internationalen Kundenprojekten

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (HAK, HTL oder vergleichbar)

* Organisationstalent mit strukturierter und selbstständiger Arbeitsweise

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Freude an Kommunikation und Teamarbeit

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Das erwartet Sie:

* Mindestbruttogehalt von € 2.947,89 pro Monat lt. KV auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung, je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist eine Überzahlung möglich
