Dein IMPACT: * Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung von drei Business Units im Tagesgeschäft

* Planung, Koordination und Nachbereitung interner sowie externer Meetings und Termine

* Aktive Unterstützung des Sales-Teams bei der Ziel- und KPI-Erreichung

* Selbstständige Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Reports, Analysen und Präsentationen

* Mitgestaltung der internen Kommunikation sowie Organisation von Firmenevents und Veranstaltungen

Dein Profil: * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im administrativen Umfeld

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Assistenz-, Vertriebsunterstützungs- oder Office-Management-Rollen

* Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit hoher Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit

* Sehr gute MS-Office sowie SharePoint-Kenntnisse

* Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Salesforce, Coupa oder vergleichbaren Tools und Systemen

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, Resilienz und Flexibilität

Unsere Gehaltsbänder werden durch die Überprüfung von Rollen mit ähnlicher Verantwortung und vergleichbarem Niveau festgelegt.
