261008-ALO-002 Je gaat aan de slag als Teamcoördinator binnen een wijkteam openbare ruimte. In deze rol ben je de verbindende schakel tussen wat er buiten in de wijk gebeurt en de praktische uitvoering daarvan. Je beoordeelt meldingen en situaties in de openbare ruimte, bepaalt samen met collega’s wat nodig is en zorgt dat werkzaamheden goed worden voorbereid, ingepland en uitgevoerd. Daarbij werk je niet alleen vanuit de gemeentewerf, maar ben je ook regelmatig buiten in de wijk aanwezig om situaties zelf te beoordelen en af te stemmen met betrokkenen. Wat ga je doen - Je plant, verdeelt en coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het wijkteam. - Je stuurt 5 à 6 allround servicemedewerkers en ondersteuners functioneel aan. - Je beoordeelt meldingen en verzoeken uit de wijk en vertaalt deze naar concrete en uitvoerbare werkzaamheden. - Je beoordeelt regelmatig buiten situaties in de wijk en bepaalt welke aanpak nodig is. - Je bereidt werkzaamheden voor en coördineert werkzaamheden aan onder andere verhardingen, straatmeubilair en andere onderdelen van de openbare ruimte. - Je bepaalt of werkzaamheden door het eigen team of door een aannemer worden uitgevoerd en verstrekt hiervoor duidelijke opdrachten. - Je schakelt met aannemers, toezichthouders, collega’s binnen de gemeente en inwoners. - Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. - Je beheert en bewaakt het beschikbare wijkbudget. Over jou - Je bent praktisch ingesteld en houdt overzicht. - Je vindt het leuk om zowel met de uitvoering als met de organisatorische kant van het werk bezig te zijn. - Je begrijpt wat er buiten moet gebeuren en kunt medewerkers en aannemers inhoudelijk goed meenemen in wat er nodig is. - Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en gesprekspartners. - Je bent toegankelijk, oplossingsgericht en flexibel wanneer werkzaamheden door bijvoorbeeld weersomstandigheden of calamiteiten anders lopen dan gepland.
