Plaats: Oss Salaris maximum: Aantal uren: 36-40 Duur: 1 S&OP Als S&OP Teamlead maak je deel uit van het managementteam van Supply Chain. Je stuurt de supply- en demandplanning aan en bent de spil in het onderhouden en doorontwikkelen van het S&OP-proces in Oss. Je vertaalt forecasts, capaciteit en verstoringen naar keuzes waar Sales, Manufacturing en het Site Leadership Team mee verder kunnen. Jouw taken als S&OP Teamlead zijn als volgt: Je faciliteert de maandelijkse forecastcyclus en brengt Sales, Marketing en Manufacturing tot één gedragen plan. Je vergelijkt forecast met werkelijke vraag, stuurt bij waar afwijkingen ontstaan en zorgt dat Scheduling en Manufacturing tijdig weten wat er verandert. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan het planningsteam en verbeter je het S&OP-proces stap voor stap. - Forecast vergelijken met de werkelijke vraag en trends en afwijkingen analyseren; - Promoties, impactorders en nieuwe productforecasts samen met Sales en Marketing meenemen in de totale vraag; - Scheduling en Manufacturing via het Advanced Planning System tijdig informeren over wijzigingen in forecast of capaciteit; - De maandelijkse demand forecastcyclus faciliteren en consensus creëren tussen functies en stakeholders; - Aannames, promoties en forecastaanpassingen documenteren en statistische forecasts beoordelen en archiveren; - De nauwkeurigheid van het S&OP-plan meten, bewaken en verbeteren met heldere KPI's; - Netwerkoptimalisatie leiden en capaciteitssimulaties ontwikkelen voor gevoeligheidsanalyses en groeiscenario's; - Actieplannen opstellen met SLT-leden om financiële doelstellingen te halen tijdens supplyverstoringen; - Change control managen bij klant-, kwaliteits-, proces- en supplynetwerkwijzigingen en je directe reports aansturen.
