Nederlands (NL) Teamlead Engineering & Project Management - Zuid-Holland - Schiedam Organisatie Bij RH Marine Naval realiseren wij de systeemintegratie van elektrische- en automatiseringssystemen aan boord van marineschepen en onderzeeboten. Voor de Service afdeling zoeken we een Teamlead Engineering & Project Management die verantwoordelijk wordt voor de Engineering- en Project Managementactiviteiten. Het betreft een fulltime functie met als standplaats Schiedam. Functie Als Teamlead Engineering & Project Management stuur je de engineeringsdiscipline binnen service aan evenals de Project Managers. Nadat een aanvraag een project is geworden wijs je het serviceproject toe aan een Project Manager met wie je naast het basis ontwerp ook de uitwerking, planning en bezetting bespreekt. Je draagt zorg voor de toewijzing van Engineers aan de projecten en borgt de gewenste competenties binnen complexe projecten. Daarnaast draag je zorg dat het competentieniveau van de Engineers en Project Managers zodanig is dat zij in staat zijn de aan hen gedelegeerde werkzaamheden uit te voeren. Gedurende het project borg je een optimale project coördinatie, maar ook de gewenste output, op planning, kwaliteit en budget.
