Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen de dagelijkse operationele vragen en de langere termijn: van het oplossen van een leveringsprobleem tot het versterken van je leveranciersrelaties. Je werkt daarin nauw samen met collega's van productie, QA en planning. Inkopen in een GMP-omgeving betekent dat kwaliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid net zo zwaar wegen als prijs, en dat je leveranciers meeneemt in wat die eisen in de praktijk betekenen. Jouw taken als Teamlead Inkoop zijn als volgt: Je verdeelt het werk binnen het team en houdt overzicht over lopende contracten, leveringen en risico's. Daarnaast bouw je aan sterkere leveranciersrelaties en professionaliseer je de manier van werken. Het accent ligt daarbij op continuïteit: de productie mag niet stil komen te liggen. - Je geeft richting aan het inkoopteam en zorgt voor een duidelijke verdeling van taken; - Je borgt kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en compliance binnen de keten; - Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt relaties met bestaande en nieuwe leveranciers; - Je onderhandelt over contracten, prijzen en leveringsvoorwaarden; - Je signaleert risico's in de aanvoer en pakt die op voordat ze de productie raken; - Je stemt af met productie, QA en planning over behoeften en prioriteiten; - Je werkt aan verdere professionalisering van inkoopprocessen en werkwijzen; - Je coacht je teamleden en helpt hen zich verder te ontwikkelen.
