In deiner Rolle legst du die Schaltungs- und Designstandards fest, auf denen die gesamte Produktentwicklung von LOXONE aufbaut. Gleichzeitig sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Serienprodukte über ihren ganzen Lebenszyklus stabil und zukunftssicher bleiben. Deine Aufgabe

* Aufbau und disziplinarische Führung des Hardware-Platform-Teams * Definition, Entwicklung und Ownership zentraler Hardware-Plattformstandards (Versorgung, Kommunikation, IO, EMV) * Etablierung verbindlicher technischer Vorgaben für Neuentwicklungen in der gesamten Loxone-Gruppe * Technische Gesamtverantwortung für Serienprodukte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus, inkl. Optimierungen, Abkündigungen und technischen Änderungen * Analyse von Feldproblemen und Ableitung nachhaltiger Verbesserungen * Sicherstellung einer stabilen Serienproduktion mit unseren EMS-Partnern * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Firmware, Produktmanagement und Qualitätssicherung * Projektübergreifende Ressourcenplanung und Priorisierung gemeinsam mit den Projektleitern * Sicherstellung von Entwicklungsstandards, Best Practices und Qualitätsprozessen an allen Standorten * Aktive Mitwirkung an technischen Entscheidungen und der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Entwicklungsprozesse

Dein Profil * Mehrjährige Erfahrung (idealerweise 7+ Jahre) in der Architektur und/oder Entwicklung elektronischer Serienprodukte (Industrie-, Gebäudetechnik- oder Consumer-Electronics-Umfeld) * Fundiertes Hardware-Know-how, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt in Stromversorgung, Mixed-Signal, Funk-/Kommunikationsschnittstellen oder EMV * Erfahrung als Lead Engineer, Hardware-Architekt oder Teamleiter * Erfahrung mit Produktpflege und -optimierungen, Component-Engineering oder in der Zusammenarbeit mit EMS-Partnern * Ein Plus, aber kein Muss: Führungserfahrung in einem technischen Umfeld (disziplinarisch oder fachlich), Erfahrung in der Definition und Durchsetzung technischer Standards über mehrere Produkte oder Geschäftseinheiten hinweg * Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Lösungsorientierung * Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse

Es handelt sich um einen 38,5-Stunden-Vertrag mit Gleitzeitmodell. Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass für diese Position je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung eine Gehaltsspanne von € 75.000,- bis € 95.000,- Brutto/Jahr vorgesehen ist. Wir sind bereit den Fähigkeiten angemessen mehr zu bezahlen.
