Houd jij graag overzicht en stuur je met plezier een team aan naar de juiste richting? Een logistieke werking staat of valt met een goede organisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er verwacht wordt, maar bent tegelijk niet te beroerd om zelf mee te werken. Als verantwoordelijke logistiek combineer je planning, administratie en leidinggeven met een praktische rol op de werkvloer. Je werkt samen met een team van ongeveer vijf collega's en zorgt mee voor een veilige en aangename werkomgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je verdeelt het werk en zorgt ervoor dat je team goed op elkaar is afgestemd.
  • Je begeleidt ongeveer vijf medewerkers tijdens de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je werkt zelf mee wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Je helpt bij het laden en lossen en rijdt met de heftruck.
  • Je volgt de logistieke planning en bijhorende administratie op.
  • Je houdt een oogje in het zeil op vlak van veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Je spreekt collega's aan wanneer afspraken niet worden gevolgd en zoekt samen naar een oplossing.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met de logistiek manager.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse werking vlot blijft verlopen.
  • Je werkt afwisselend van 05u00 tot 11u15 en van 13u00 tot 21u15.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een moderne en veilige werkomgeving waar samenwerking belangrijk is. Veiligheid krijgt hier de nodige aandacht en er zijn duidelijke voorzieningen aanwezig voor wanneer er zich een incident met chemische stoffen zou voordoen. Je werkt nauw samen met de logistiek manager, met wie je kort kan schakelen over de dagelijkse werking. Je krijgt vertrouwen om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en kan op termijn verder groeien in je rol.

  • Je hebt een aantal jaren ervaring binnen logistiek.
  • Je hebt al ervaring met het begeleiden of aansturen van collega's.
  • Je kan mensen motiveren, maar durft ook grenzen te stellen wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je bent iemand die liever mee de handen uit de mouwen steekt dan enkel opdrachten uitdeelt.
  • Je spreekt zowel Nederlands als Frans en kan je vlot uitdrukken tegenover beide ploegen.
  • Je bent vlot met de computer. SAP-kennis is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
