Als Teamlead Technical Services stuur je dagelijks een team van onderhoudstechniekers aan en zorg je ervoor dat het machinepark optimaal blijft presteren. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vraagstukken, bewaakt de planning en werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om de productieprocessen maximaal te ondersteunen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team van techniekers.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de onderhoudsplanning voor machines en installaties.
  • Analyseren van technische storingen en uitwerken van duurzame verbeteracties.
  • Coördineren van technische investeringsprojecten en installaties van nieuwe productielijnen.
  • Beheren van wisselstukken en technische materialen zodat de continuïteit verzekerd blijft.
  • Optimaliseren van onderhoudsstrategieën, werkinstructies en technische processen.
  • Opvolgen van onderhoudsbudgetten, technische KPI's en verbeterprojecten.
  • Intensief samenwerken met productie, engineering en kwaliteit om de operationele doelstellingen te realiseren.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Een diploma in een technische richting.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen een technische of industriële omgeving, aangevuld met een eerste leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Ervaring met een CMMS- of ERP-systeem en een sterke affiniteit met procesoptimalisatie.
  • Je bent een coachende leider die structuur brengt, initiatief neemt en graag samen resultaten behaalt.
