Ben jij een logistieke professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie haalt uit het coördineren van mensen en processen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. Als orderpicker combineer je operationeel magazijnwerk met een sturende rol binnen de late ploeg.

Je takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Verwerken en klaarzetten van uitgaande bestellingen volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Beheren van de voorraad volgens de FIFO- en FEFO-principes.
  • Klaarzetten van logistieke materialen zoals pallets, verpakkingen en etiketten.
  • Verpakken, labelen en controleren van uitgaande zendingen.
  • Sorteren van goederen per klant, order en transporteur.
  • Laden van vrachtwagens volgens de voorziene transportdocumenten.
  • Coördineren van de werking van de late ploeg en fungeren als aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer.
  • Motiveren en ondersteunen van collega's om deadlines en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen te behalen.
  • Controleren van documenten, labels en transportgegevens voor een foutloze verzending.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, efficiëntie en tijdige leveringen om retours te voorkomen.
  • Je beschikt over ervaring in logistiek, magazijnwerk of supply chain.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingssector is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten of bent klaar om een eerste aansturende rol op te nemen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht tijdens drukke momenten en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en motiveert collega's op een positieve manier.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar binnen een late ploeg.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Ervaring met ERP- of warehousemanagementsystemen is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van HACCP, koudeketenbeheer, CMR-documenten en SSCC-labels vormt een extra meerwaarde
