Dan is deze uitdaging als Teamleader Productie Bakkerij Nacht in Bonheiden misschien wel jouw volgende stap.

Voor een groeiende en ambachtelijke bakkerij gespecialiseerd in brood, pistolets, viennoiserie en patisserie zoeken we een operationele teamleader die het overzicht bewaart, het team inspireert én zelf actief meewerkt op de werkvloer.

Als Teamleader Productie ben je het aanspreekpunt van de nachtploeg en zorg je ervoor dat de productie efficiënt, kwalitatief en veilig verloopt.

Je combineert leidinggeven met operationeel werk op de vloer. Ongeveer 80% van je tijd werk je actief mee in het productieproces.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team van ongeveer 7 medewerkers of meer
  • Organiseren van de dagelijkse productieplanning
  • Opvolgen van productieprocessen, kwaliteit en rendement
  • Werken met KPI's en deze analyseren om verbeteringen door te voeren
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte werkverdeling binnen het team
  • Oplossen van operationele problemen en conflicten op de werkvloer
  • Toezien op hygiëne-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt bij afwijkingen of incidenten
  • Actief meewerken in de productie

Je bent een echte people manager die structuur brengt en collega's weet mee te krijgen in een gezamenlijke doelstelling.

Jouw profiel

  • Minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen productie, voeding of een vergelijkbare omgeving
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van teams vanaf ongeveer 7 medewerkers
  • Kennis van KPI's en ervaring met het opvolgen van prestaties
  • Ervaring met personeels- en productieplanning
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Hands-on ingesteld en bereid om operationeel mee te werken
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Empathische leiderschapsstijl
  • Oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig
  • Flexibel ingesteld en bereid om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen

Werkuren

  • Vaste nachtploeg
  • Werkuren van 22u00 tot 06u00
  • 4 nachten per week
  • Bereid om 3 van de 4 zaterdagnachten per maand te werken
  • Sporadisch langer blijven indien de productie dit vereist
