Wil je jouw technische kennis combineren met een eerste of volgende stap richting leidinggeven? In deze nieuwe functie krijg je de kans om de afdeling voormontage eerst van binnenuit te leren kennen en vervolgens steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen voor het team.

Je start bewust dicht bij de praktijk. Tijdens je inwerkperiode werk je mee in de montage, zodat je de producten, technische processen en dagelijkse werking goed leert kennen. Vanuit die basis groei je door naar een leidinggevende positie waarin je het voormontageteam begeleidt en ondersteunt.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je leert tijdens je opstart de producten en montageprocessen grondig kennen door actief mee te werken op de werkvloer.
  • Je groeit stapsgewijs door naar de verantwoordelijkheid over het voormontageteam.
  • Je begeleidt medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en bent een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt.
  • Je combineert technische betrokkenheid met een hands-on manier van leidinggeven.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking binnen de voormontage.
  • Je neemt initiatief en leert gaandeweg hoe je mensen en technische werkzaamheden efficiënt op elkaar afstemt.
  • Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond; een bachelor Elektromechanica kan een goede basis vormen.
  • Ook als gemotiveerde schoolverlater kom je in aanmerking wanneer je voldoende maturiteit en verantwoordelijkheidszin toont.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en voelt je thuis in een productie- of montageomgeving.
  • Je bent hands-on en vindt het vanzelfsprekend om tijdens je inwerkperiode zelf mee te werken.
  • Je hebt interesse in het begeleiden en aansturen van collega's.
  • Je communiceert vlot en durft verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Je zoekt bewust een functie waarin je technisch kunt starten en verder kunt groeien als leidinggevende.
